Smoking - You are allowed to smoke on the balcony and in the outdoor area. Otherwise, the entire building is smoke-free.
Arrival and departure - On the day of arrival your apartment is ready for occupancy from 3.30 pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate it within 9.30 am.
Laundry - For your stay we provide bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
Final cleaning - Final cleaning is included in the price for direct bookings!
Parking - In front of our house there are enough uncovered parking spaces at your disposal.
Rittencard - Unlimited free use of South Tyrol's regional public transport including the Renons narrow-gauge railway and the Renon cable car... Admission to around 80 museums, castles and collections in South Tyrol such as the Ötzi Museum, the Messner Mountain Museum, the Plattner Bienenhof (a Beekeeping Museum), Runkelstein Castle... and much more
Barbecue - You feel like having a barbecue evening? Use our barbecue area including wood.
Sunbathing - In our sunbathing lawn there are deckchairs, tables and chairs at your disposal.
Herbs - You are welcome to use our herb garden.
Wifi - For our guests the Wifi is available free of charge.
Heating, electricity and water
Tennis - In our partner company you can book your tennis lessons at a preferential price. The tennis court is located 2 minutes walk from the Waldegg.
Additional - cleaning, laundry change - We are happy to come by more often, clean your apartment and change hand and bath towels. Price on request on-site.
The prices are for two persons per night and without board
Prices vary according to season, length of stay (reductions from 7 nights), occupancy and booking date.
The local tax of € 2,50 per person and night is not included in the listed prices and must be paid on site (children up to the age of 14 are exempt).

For the accommodation of your pet we charge 13 € per day and pet. (Please take a muzzle with you, as it is required in public transport).
The booking is valid with the receipt of a bank transfer for 30% of the total amount (deposit for confirmation).
The remaining amount can be paid in advance (2 working days before arrival) as a bank transfer, in cash on departure (up to Euro 1.999,00) or by EC card or credit card.
In case of special offers, the booking becomes valid upon receipt of a bank transfer of 100% of the total amount. (deposit for confirmation).
Our cancellation fees are as follows:
Up to 31 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation 30 - 15 days before arrival: 40% of the booking value (deposit will be retained)
Cancellation 14 - 8 days before arrival: 60% of the booking value
Cancellation from 7 - 1 day before arrival: 70% of the booking value
Cancellation from the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the booking value.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
